Today I cannot resist tweeting: my SMIS single-molecule imaging simulator, which incorporates full description of fluorophore photophysics, is finally out on @biorxivpreprint : biorxiv.org/cgi/content/sh…. I am biased but I believe a lot can be learned from it !
