Gil, Good job in brining this up. Illegal aliens are being released despite what @CBPCommissioner spins. Habeas petitions are being filed by aliens in ICE custody. The DOJ is in charge of fighting those petitions and is losing most of them due to liberal judges. When an alien wins a habeas, they are released until his pending petition process is fulfilled be that of asylum or NTA, or pending change of status petition which most of the times takes years. Judges are ruling that since the government isnt actively moving toward removing these people, then they should be released until removal is imminent. This in turn causes ICE OPLA attorneys to return to the biden era posture. Most of these aliens released under biden that have a pending petition for the most part will not be accepted by ice anymore forcing the border patrol to release when they encounter and arrest. If US Border Patrol encounters an illegal truck driver with a pending NTA hearing. ICE will now likely decline to take him because they beleive a habeas will be lost if in custody. This causes Border Patrol to have to release illegal aliens. With these rulings...most biden era aliens are untouchable unless they have violated a change of conditions such as criminal convictions, failed to report changes of addresses or location to ice, etc. This is why ICE is at this point only working to arrest aliens with prior orders of removal.

If the Dems/media didn’t fear two Republicans winning the California primary, the Swalwell allegations would’ve remained hidden. Remember, everything the corporate media do is to protect the Democrat Party.
