@kukula_alex @FIBA Article 4.3.3 of the FIBA rule cited doesn’t demand automatic forfeiture; it allows teams to agree and interchange if necessary. That means referees and officials are expected to FACILITATE solutions not to RUSH into punitive decisions.

Let’s protect the credibility of our game, and keep the spirit of basketball alive on the court, where it truly belongs.
