
@bobcardofficial I applied for BOB Eterna on 28th March, and the application was instantly rejected even though I met all the criterias. In the rejection email I was given an application number for which the application was rejected. I contacted the CRM email of BOB, and they said they couldn't track the card application based on the application number, and asked for PAN and Phone Number. I instantly provided the required info in the reply. Now It's been 14+ days since my application and I still do not have any response. Please help me or I will have to escalate to RBI.
