Found the reason after digging through a sea of detour updates on the site. This should have printed and posted on all the affected stops for those who aren’t tech-savvy or privy to checking your website for updates. Better to over-communicate than under-communicate.

@PGHtransit why is there a detour that prevented the 61A bus from servicing stop 7097 on 11/2? There were no signs posted on the physical stop and I didn’t learn of the detour until I went on your site, using your TrueTime tool. Why?
