@Longhouse_Bear @lace_io Yes! We're engaged with a few providers. As with swaps, our goal is to provide the lowest possible fees to remove the guesswork/friction, without compromising security. Once we have selected the provider, we'll update the public roadmap.
English

@lace_io This is great! Good job.
Any plans for an in-wallet off-ramp?
English

Swaps are here! And we hope you're as excited as we are! 🎛️
You can now trade tokens directly inside Lace. It’s smooth, fast, and ready to go, with more providers coming soon.
Curious how it works? Check out this blog: lace.io/blog/Swaps
Also, try it out and let us know what you think in the comments.

@DougHeavener @lace_io @IOHK_Charles Yes! Governance & Voting center is on our roadmap lace.io/blog/lace-road…
English

Anything in the pipeline to make voting in #Cardano as easy as taking a poll inside your wallet? Many are wary of connecting their wallet to websites. I just delegate my vote to a Drep, but wouldn’t engagement be better if it happened in-wallet instead? @lace_io @IOHK_Charles
English

@IOHK_Charles Semper Fidelis, sir...still a pleasure to serve.
English

@Brent_Norris @lace_io @InputOutputHK Great stuff, Brent. This is the kind of feedback we genuinely love to hear. Our goal is to make Lace meet the uses where they are (novice, intermediate, expert). I'll get this to our design team to work on. Would love your feedback on our portfolio view, when we launch v2/Mobile!
English

In Lace...
Assumption: A digital wallet requires something easier or better for adoption.
I like that Help is easily accessible. Is there a way to make Help less necessary or link directly to contextual help with icons?
Tokens page:
My concern is that users may find it difficult to navigate the accounts and wallets.
Would you reconsider a table or similar layout so all the accounts and wallets could display on one page?
⊖ = Collapsible row
✎ = Editable name
" " = Find something to represent Settings.
I realize the placeholder account and wallet names are nonsensical.

🎯Lace & @InputOutputHK are headed to Singapore for TOKEN2049 October 1–2
We’re bringing the whole crew (and a whole lot of product updates). If you’re attending, come find us. We’d love to meet builders, partners, and Web3 explorers who want to shape the future of crypto UX.
📍You’ll find our Head of Product, @Ian_LaceProduct , leading conversations around:
*⃣What’s coming next for Lace
*⃣Multi-chain support and swaps
*⃣Our mobile roadmap and Lace V2 vision
And if you need a break from the product talk? Ask Ian about clay throwing. He's been crafting some incredible ceramic pieces between roadmap sessions, working on Web3 by day and pottery by night.
Let’s make this trip one to remember. See you in Singapore.
English

@YukonJakeAK @lace_io @InputOutputHK DM me your email and I'll get you in, Jake. We're testing the alpha now internally, keep an eye on our roadmap (publicly available on our website @ lace.io )
English

@lace_io @InputOutputHK How dare you like my reply but fail to answer! Stop... or I'll say stop again! lol... but seriously. @lace_io
English

@agiftart @cardanoneko @lace_io @Pads_Bs37 We are not affected, and we took the time to be absolutely sure. Official statement coming as soon as our social comms person is online.
English

@cardanoneko @lace_io @Pads_Bs37 If no official statement from lace, people might suspect it already used infected packages
English

🚨Be careful, everyone🚨
We recommend not making any on-chain transactions until further guidance has been provided.
Watcher.Guru@WatcherGuru
JUST IN: Ledger CTO warns of "large-scale" crypto hack in the JavaScript ecosystem and advises against making on-chain transactions for now.
English

We do, but we aren't affected for two reasons:
1. No Lace releases using the affected versions of the affected packages
2. This has been patched in updated versions, which we will use if we need to update
Fortunately, this was caught and addressed pretty quickly. The alarming part is how it was found.
English

@lace_io @Pads_Bs37 Can't you simply tell us if you use JavaScript packages to build your wallet or not?
English

@Cerberus24000 @lace_io Lace also supports Bitcoin. Lace is unaffected but some of our Bitcoin users may be affected elsewhere.
English

@adamKDean @datguysham @C_LO____ @IOHK_Charles @NamiWallet @lace_io @berry_ales Mentioned elsewhere, but we'll take a look at improving this in v2/mobile.
English

@BrandonWolf @datguysham @C_LO____ @IOHK_Charles @NamiWallet @lace_io @berry_ales Probably a good note for the UX guys as little sideways arrow doesn't scream "look at other accounts here" 😅
English

Before @IOHK_Charles bought @NamiWallet, nami would let you make a wallet within a wallet, no extra seed phrase. I had like 6 extra wallets on my main Nami wallet. Was forced to restore on @lace_io lace wallet and not dont have access to those other wallets. Am i SOL?
@berry_ales
English

@C_LO____ @IOHK_Charles @NamiWallet @lace_io @berry_ales We'll improve this for v2, but they're right here:

English

@datguysham @C_LO____ @IOHK_Charles @NamiWallet @lace_io @berry_ales Yes, we do -- there's an arrow right next to the current account that lets you enable/select them.

English

@C_LO____ @IOHK_Charles @NamiWallet @lace_io @berry_ales Wait. Lace wallet doesn’t have that extra accounts feature?
English

@cardanoan Absolutely, right now we're focusing on our v2 (which includes mobile) having feature parity with our current version. After that, we have YubiKey (and bio/pin) on the roadmap.
English

I remember hearing that YubiKey integration with Lace wallet was forthcoming. Any update on this @BrandonWolf ? Thank you 🙏🏼
English

@IOHK_Charles The last stage with signing on @lace_io is buggy. Message is signed but the hashes show a mismatch.
Not sure if this is an issue on my end but I can't complete the claim.
English

English

@lace_io @BrandonWolf We are completely satisfied with the Lace Wallet. Very simple, ingenious features, and perfect UX design. Keep up the great work!

@WelfBrandolf Hey great name! Other Brandon Wolf's have tried to take this name from me...I may not be the best, but I'm the original ;)
Are you at RareEvo? Come say hi
English

🚀 Lace 1.24.2 is here
We’ve optimized Bitcoin fee estimation, allowing you to discover more competitive rates.
We’ve also improved message signing with Ledger hardware wallets. Now, when the payload is too large, as per CIP-8, the hash of the message is signed.
Try it now and let us know your thoughts.

@PureCardano @lace_io A little, we're testing out some stylistic changes for the upcoming mobile launch, what do you think?
English

@PSILOBLOX @lace_io @IOHK_Charles Hi @PSILOBLOX ! It's currently slated to be released in our next release (1.25). It's a slight UI/UX change for us so we put it in the backlog to get the baseline BTC work out quickly.
English

@lace_io Any update if you guys will be implementing OP_RETURN messages with transactions? @IOHK_Charles seemed to have taken interest in this idea last time.
I made this feature request at another wallet here, except Trezor and Moonshine nobody has it:
