@therunchat A bit of both... I don't normally run trails so "nature" is usually suburban traffic so I like listening to music. But on the rare trail run, sounds of nature for sure!

@therunchat Hurt my back in early Nov, nerve issues causing numbness/weakness in left foot & lower leg... been x-training and rehabbing... ran for the first time since - an easy mile under blue skies on Saturday! Hopefully the start of building back up! 🤞
