Breaking: #25Investigates has confirmed Mass State Trooper Michael Gagnon has been taken into custody and charged with unlawful wiretap and violation of abuse prevention order. I’m told both charges stem from events that occurred on March 10, 2026 and he is expected to be arraigned Monday. Gagnon was already on administrative leave w/out pay b/c of a previous charge in November where he was accused of striking a child. (photo is from his previous case)

@holdmyhalo41sec I disagree. I think the judge seemed more sympathetic towards Meredith. TB came off cocky and aggressive (which he is) - not good for his case. MOs attorney seemed a bit all over the place but likeable. The judge seemed more annoyed by the fuck-ups by Bradl.

My honest opinion about Meredith v Kearney today… as unbiased as I can possibly be: The first half went “ok” for Meredith, and may have gone better for her if her attorney wasn’t such an unpolished behemoth. The latter half was in Aidan’s favor. I think the judge was quickly reminded that there are two sides to every story (and somewhere in the middle is the truth). Without attacking anyone’s character, it is an extremely bad look to have Jess Machado, and Purple Head as your support system. I suspect the judge will split the baby and either rule in favor or against both of them.

Today was the most hilarious, maddening, and mind-numbing things I've ever witnessed. Turtle Head, Purple Head, Ray from Dallas, Koalas.. The only thing that would have been the icing on the cake is if someone had name-dropped Krusty Panties. I think the judge would have actually pulled out a flask, drank it in one singular gulp, ripped his robe off and gave dueces to the courtroom as he ran for the back exit.

Good Morning from Boston District Court in South Boston. We are here today for a restraining order hearing between @DoctorTurtleboy and former girl friend Meredith O'Neil. This hearing is taking place today after being continued last week at the request of O'Neil's attorney who says he and his client needed more time to go over new documents submitted by Kearney the morning of the last hearing. Good morning from the South Boston District court where there is a two party hearing today in the matter of @DoctorTurtleboy and his former girlfriend, Meredith O'Neil. Both Kearney and O'Neil sought and were granted individual, emergency abuse prevention orders against the other with the orders culminating with a two party hearing this morning to see if either, both or neither will be extended and for how long.
