🚨🚨 THIS IS THE WOMAN DENYING DALTON EATHERLY HIS BIBLE — CAPTAIN JESSICA OAKES 🚨🚨
Captain Jessica Oakes — Interim Jail Administrator at Montgomery County Jail (TN) — is personally responsible for refusing to return or replace Dalton Levi Eatherly’s physical Bible.
They confiscated it during a cell transfer after he had it for weeks in solitary. He’s now stuck with a broken tablet that crashes constantly and makes a PDF Bible unusable. He’s filed 8 grievances. He’s offered to pay for a replacement. He’s been polite the entire time while studying Scripture daily.
Her response? All-caps: “YOU HAVE A TABLET. STOP ASKING.”
Meanwhile, the inmate next door gets a physical Torah.
This is blatant religious discrimination, a clear violation of the First Amendment, RLUIPA, and basic constitutional rights. Pre-trial detainees do NOT lose their right to practice their faith.
Captain Jessica Oakes has the authority to fix this immediately. She chooses not to.

Be firm, polite, and relentless. Demand they return Dalton’s Bible or allow him to purchase one immediately.
This is unconstitutional. Christians are not second-class citizens. Religious freedom doesn’t end at the jail door.
