Congrats to sophomores Ryan Capobianco and Drew Siwik for being selected DCL All-Stars for the 2023 season. Great season gentlemen.

Congrats to sophomore Ryan McGrath for winning this year’s home run derby. Junior Ricky LaBoy was the runner up. Fun way to wrap up the season with some big flys and Steve’s pizza.

Bucs (7-11) wrap up season w/ a 3-1 L v Acton Boxboro. ‘RTB’ SO Isaiah Triplett for his great defense at first base. JR Christian Brickman 5IP 2H 0R outstanding on the mound. A lot of guys showed big improvements throughout the season and we can’t wait to see what 2024 brings.

Bucs (7-10) lose a tough one to Burlington 11-5 in 8 innings. ‘RTB’ JR James Naylor for his quality at bats and solid defense. McGrath 2H, 2RBI. Lykins 2R double.

Bucs (7-9) L 10-5 at Burlington. ‘RTB’ SO Drew Siwik for his constant energy, focus and support of his teammates. Drew also had a hit, scored a run and was strong behind the plate. Next game Tuesday at home vs Burlington. @GlobeSchools @BostonHeraldHS

Bucs (6-7) L 8-1 to Westford. ‘RTB’ JR James Naylor who was seeing the ball well all day hitting a single and double. JR Ethan Kauffman shut down inning of relief. FR Chris Randazzo roped a double. Next up Wednesday at Concord.

Bucs (5-6) bats go quiet and L 7-0 at Boston Latin. Energy, focus and compete level not where we need it. ‘RTB’ JR Hayden McAllister with his first varsity hit in first start. Triplett a couple nice plays at first base and McGrath with a web gem.

Bucs (5-5) walk it off 6-5 vs Cambridge. ‘RTB’ SO Grant Bouchard with the line drive game winning RBI. SO Ryan Capobianco with another great start CG, 5H, 0ER, 5K. JR Dylan Lykins was all over the bases scoring 3 runs. FR Chris Randazzo played great defense in CF.

Bucs (4-5) beat Longmeadow 10-0 with contributions from the entire team. ‘RTB’ JR Christian Brickman with CG shutout, 2H, 6K. 2H for Siwik, Lykins, Crawford and Randazzo. Bouchard 3 BB and Randazzo 4RBI. Defense was great. Cambridge at home tomorrow, 4pm.

Bucs (3-5) shutout by a great pitching performance vs Waltham 4-0. ‘RTB’ JR James Naylor for his 2 hits and solid defense. Capobianco quality start 6IP 5H 2ER 5K. Crawford and Randazzo a couple nice grabs in the OF.

Bucs (3-4) lose to a strong Weston team 14-4. ‘RTB’ SO Drew Siwik with 2H 2RBI a strong day behind the plate and great vocal leadership and positivity. 2H for Bouchard/Kauffman. Another chance to get better tomorrow at home v Waltham.
