@Chris_D_Brewer Go and get a VO2max test done to get your accurate heart rate zones. If you’re running over your HR threshold too much you will struggle to recover to keep up 4/5 runs per week without injury.

Morning run today, plan is to roughly do this 4-5 times a week next two weeks and then get some stationary bike/swim/hiking in. Going to Banff this weekend for wedding planning, so probably get some extremely long steep hikes there. Weight is 191 as of today, likely want to be at 160-170 by January
