If you’re within the London area Greg Burridge taught me everything i know before arriving to Japan. If you want to learn how to get your first steps into a ring @Burridgefd is a great place to start. I’ll definitely do more as I find time.

So I kept this for a while. I use to do seminars all the time but I stopped doing it mainly because I lost my confidence in teaching. My old trainer @GregBurridge1 gave me a message & convinced me to do one and I absolutely loved doing it. Thanks to all that attended 🔥
