I agree with you that tactical voting is definitely making the Senedd election a Plaid v. Reform one (cc: Caerphilly by-election). But I don’t think the appeal for Welsh Independence is strong enough, thankfully - something that Plaid will struggle with when it is discussed. In Gower, it’s very much going to be: Labour v. Reform

@BushellMarley @ElectionMapsUK There are lot of people here who are disappointed (understatement) in Labour, but aren't willing to vote Reform. The Tories are cooked, and Plaid are becoming a lot more attractive to those who are taking a hard look at Wales's future.

@katepennyg @ElectionMapsUK Gower was the most marginal seat with the Tories having a 27-vote majority. Plaid have never come so close before, and I cannot see that happening. But… who knows 🤔?

@CruelBritannia @ElectionMapsUK I don’t believe it will be split that excessively - at least not in Gower. Labour still have a strong-hold there, and the Reform vote is looking strong. Will be interesting to see the outcome in May for the Senedd Elections.
