On ICEMAN-ZINE Pg. 63, fans flip to a page with an image of cartoon characters displayed against a glitter effect overlay that says ICEMAN, Cash flowing.
Upon further analysis one can come to the conclusion that the little boys are none other than the famous Harvey comic book characters Richie Rich and Casper the friendly ghost.
To go deeper, there are many fan theories that suggest Casper and Richie Rich are actually the same person, being that the little rich boy dies and becomes a famous friendly ghost.
Without taking the theory further there is one thing that I believe Drake could be hinting at and its a transition of his presence in the music industry and public as a famous figure.
From the very successful guy touting the well known moniker 'The Boy' whom gives hand outs to everyone and puts everyone on in the game to a Ghost or a Phantom of the Opera type character...running the show but only from behind the scenes...being friendly to only those whom he deems as his true family and friends.
