Chelsea men and women have been using similar build up tactics and shape recently 👀 A traditional 4-3-3 shape with the two number 8s having the license to drop and help the single pivot. Sonia's single pivot however has more freedom to roam wide and link play with fullbacks.

@cfc_gvido Ideally someone new who specialises in the role but last resort Neto/Gusto.
And don't forget we have Quenda coming in, who played as a wingback under Amorim at Sporting. Left footed but can play both wings.

@cfc_gvido James at RCB makes more sense to me. Also saw that Alonso's 3-4-3 often shifts into a 4-2-3-1 depending on the game situation, meaning if James plays RCB he can shift to be the RB

Union Berlin president Dirk Zingler says Marie-Louise Eta will not coach the men’s team beyond the remaining league games this season, regardless of results - because she has agreed to take over the club’s women’s team in the summer.
Zingler added that changing the 34-year-old’s commitment to the women’s team if she is successful during her five games with the men’s side would be a “disservice” to women’s football.

🚨 Chelsea now have a shortlist of five or six names, including Xabi Alonso, Andoni Iraola and Marco Silva. Alonso has been out of work since he left Madrid in January after 8 months in charge, but he may decide to take a year out before returning to management. [@SkyKaveh]

Union lost at Heidenheim, sacked the head coach Steffen Baumgart and put Marie-Louise Eta in charge until the end of the season.
