Interesting finding from @owenboswarva: Leeds City Council publishes its address records as open data, with UPRNs. It's not obvious if anything (other than £) stops other local authorities doing this. So, government could potentially collate LA data to create a National Address Database...

In January @cfpdata proposed that trusts should be treated like other legal structures for transparency purposes. Pleased to see this has made it into @taxinparliament’s Economic Crime Manifesto.
