The ADU bill, which allows ADUs to be built by right in Front Range cities, has also now cleared the House.

We're back in the Capitol this morning for final votes on the bill to ban the sale/purchase of assault weapons; the bill to allow ADUs in Front Range cities; and the bill that seeks to carrot-and-stick its way to upzoning in Front Range cities' transit areas.
