Community Notification: Missing at-risk juvenile CSPD is seeking assistance in locating a 15-year-old Laila Thurman. Laila was last seen on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, in the early morning hours in the 3400 block of Beechwood Ct. Laila is around 5’6”, 130 lbs. with long brown hair with blue highlights, and hazel eyes. Laila was last seen wearing black sweatpants with white spider webs, black Jordans, black Nike hoodie, and a black backpack. Community notification: Missing At Risk Adult CSPD is seeking community assistance in locating a missing at risk adult, 62-year-old Melissa Badian. Ms. Badian is described as a white female, 5’1”, 151lbs, with white, shoulder length white hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen at approximately 11:45PM on 3/16/26, in the 1600 block of Jet Wing drive walking south towards Fountain Avenue, wearing a tan long-sleeved shirt with a floral design and loose black pants. Community Notification: Missing At-risk Juvenile CSPD is seeking assistance in locating 13-year-old Hunter Bowyer. Hunter was last seen around 9 PM on Thursday, March 12, 2026, in the area of a shopping center at the corner of North Academy Boulevard and North Union Boulevard. Hunter is a White male, about 5’9” tall, and weighs about 150 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, gray hoodie, blue jeans, and gray shoes, and was carrying a black backpack. Community Notification: Missing At-risk Adult CSPD is seeking assistance in locating 19-year-old Tyler Sergeant. Tyler, who also goes by Ty or Buddy, was last seen on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 9 PM, leaving his residence in the 4100 block of Apache Plume Drive, near Briargate Parkway and Austin Bluffs Parkway on the northeast side of Colorado Springs. Tyler is a White male, about 4’11” tall, about 95 lbs, with short blonde hair, and wears glasses with black frames. Tyler was last seen wearing Khaki pants, a black hooded jacket, and gray, black, and yellow shoes (he is not carrying the backpack seen in the photo included), with one black glove on his left hand, and he was carrying a “Hulk” toy. Tyler is diagnosed with Down syndrome, and can answer questions. Tyler is known to frequent the area around Liberty High School, in the 8700 block of Scarborough Drive. Community Notification: Missing At-risk Adult CSPD is seeking assistance in locating 77-year-old Gerard Tippins. Gerard, who goes by Jerry, was last seen on Tuesday afternoon, March 10, 2026, at his Care Center located in the 200 block of West Brookside Street, just southwest of the downtown area. Jerry is a White male, about 6’-0’’ tall with a thin build, and a buzzed haircut. Jerry was last seen wearing a burgundy shirt and khaki pants. Community Notification: Missing at-risk Juveniles CSPD is seeking assistance in locating 2-month-old Naseer Butler and 11-year-old Chase Butler, who are believed to be with their mother, 36-year-old Arteasha Butler. The children were last seen with their mother on Tuesday, March 4, 2026, at a shelter in the 700 block of South Sierra Madre Street in downtown Colorado Springs. In the last 24 hours, the family was believed to be in the area of the medical campus located at Briargate Parkway and North Union Boulevard on the north side of Colorado Springs. Shyah was last seen on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, around 3:00pm in the 1600 block of North Union Blvd. Shyah is around 4-0, 125lbs, brown hair, brown eyes and last seen wearing grey pants, and a white shirt.
