Friends and colleagues in digital mental health: Does anyone have experience doing an industry internship over the summer while also being in a clinical program? Currently trying to figure out if it's even possible to do a summer internship at the same time as clinical work

How can daily affective dynamics from EMA inform #HiTOP? Internalizing sx relate to high mean neg affect (NA) & low mean pos affect (PA), w/dissociation for fear vs distress-based sx based on skew. Externalizing sx relate to high mean NA & PA variability. rb.gy/vp9iei

Great timing with the @HiTOP_system meeting going on, for our work linking EMA metrics of daily affect and #hitop spectra and sub factors to come out in Journal of Abnormal Psych. doi.org/10.1037/abn000… with @puccetti_nikki @CaitlinStamatis and @TimpanoKiara

@puccetti_nikki I recently started blocking out 30 min after research mtgs (when possible) for this exact set of reasons! 10/10 would recommend -- has really helped w/reducing stop/start costs and increasing likelihood that I 1) remember what I said I would do in the mtg 🙃, and 2) do the thing

Curious if anyone has ever tried blocking off 30-60 min. after meetings (when possible) to start on action items from that meeting? Like paper edits, new analyses, etc. I imagine this might reduce the mental + emotional cost of stopping/starting/ & 'dealing with it later'
