We're piloting platform decals to direct passengers to the bike cars. The decals have been installed at Palo Alto & Redwood City. We'll assess boarding & consider adding decals to other stations. Reminder, please allow bikes to board first.

Destination Tags: please be sure to include a destination tag on your bike to help organize the racks. Ask a conductor or make your own.

@p3droml Are people using destination tags? That helps organize so folks don’t end up at the bottom.
There was an extensive public process involving the bike coalitions and public feedback. Most agreed on this element - continuing the “stack” method, which allowed more bikes.
