In the dispensationalism I understand there is only one body of Christ made up of both believing Jews and believing Gentiles…. All of the elect regardless of ethnicity. But it also recognizes an elect remnant of Jews to come to faith at Christ’s return after the Jews have been regathered to the land… per Zechariah 12-14 and Romans 11. That remnant and the rest of the surviving believing world go on to populate the earth while the body reigns with Christ a thousand years. Maybe I haven’t looked into other dispensational views enough to know what you’re talking about

Why do you think the premillenial and pre tribulation view of the end is the most mocked? They try to make those that hold to these positions look like clowns…. But in my own study and being taught by JMAC in much of the Bible overall… I can’t help but see that the scriptures speak of a real millennium and a 7 year Jacob’s trouble before Christ’s return…. In the research I’ve done into Amillenialist and post millennialism it sure seems to me at least that bit positions have to be spiritualizing and symbolizing many texts that DONT appear, at least to me anyways, as symbolic or spiritual…. I am convinced of the Calvinist understanding of soteriology, I think scripture is crystal clear on that. But sometimes it makes me feel a little uneasy when I see 2 people for instance James white and John MacArthur , both great Christian teachers to me, coming to different conclusions on the end?
It seems like Daniels 70th week and revelation describing the week itself is clear. I would say it seems obvious that what revelation speaks of hasn’t happened already in 70 ad….. I can’t possibly spiritualize the text and make what revelation says just be some kind of symbolism….
It seems like the Bible clearly speaks of this, to me at least, to the 7 year end and the millennium to come…
But then sometimes I’m like, wait is it just too easy to see it and I’m wrong about it? All of these other Christians and ones who know far more Greek and Hebrew and have studied longer than me are coming to a different conclusion ?
What do you think? Do you feel like the Bible is relatively straight forward on this issue and it’s easy to see? Or is it something that is actually up for debate?

The materialists of the world and those who "trust in the science" rather than the Lord, are going to be terrified even at the front end of the Daniel's 70th week. Read the text below slowly and consider what is coming upon this sin cursed world and what it will be like for those who hate God and who will not love the truth so as to be saved.
It is time for all who don't know the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior to repent of their sin, turn from their wicked way and unrighteousness thoughts, and believe in Jesus Christ crucified and resurrected from the dead. Jesus is coming to judge the world in perfect righteousness. Today is the day of salvation! Flee from the wrath to come!
"I looked when He broke the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth made of hair, and the whole moon became like blood; and the stars of the sky fell to the earth, as a fig tree casts its unripe figs when shaken by a great wind. The sky was split apart like a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
Then the kings of the earth and the great men and the commanders and the rich and the strong and every slave and free man hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains; and they said to the mountains and to the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb; for the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”
(Revelation 6:12–17)

@bklnfin3st @JayVTheGreat Your words show that you are speaking about a subject (the Bible and what is sin) that you know nothing about. Sometimes it’s better to not say anything and have people wonder if you’re ignorant rather than to open your mouth and remove all doubt
English

@JayVTheGreat Sir I don’t believe in anything about the Bible. I’m a proud sinner and could give less of a shit. I’m just calling out how yall pick and choose
English

It’s also a sin to work on saturdays, have sex before marriage, wear multi colored cloth etc
FearBuck@FearedBuck
Jaden Ivey says it is a sin for a man to lie with another man.

@moristiko U could get sucked in there by your shoelace that’s why it’s scary
