So when ENIC put in the £100m they snuck in a warrant that nobody has noticed until a finance guy has spotted a £23m spike in the accounts. The warrant starts at 5% and increases 1.5% PA, it increases the % payout to ENIC yearly and dilutes minority shareholders. It’s already worth £200m+
