Excited to share our study on rural-urban disparities in early-stage GU cancer management, now published online in @UrolOncol. Our conclusion: Racial and ethnic under-representation in mCRPC trials remains profound, and for some groups is worsening. Structural reforms in trial design, funding, and regulatory oversight are urgently needed.
