At this time, the prompt when clicking links in emails cannot be disabled, as it’s an added protection against malicious links. We understand that some users, like you, would prefer the option to bypass it. A similar request has already been submitted, and you can upvote it here: roadmap.canarymail.io/b/90p891vj/fea…. Once it receives enough support, it will be prioritized in future updates.

Great news—those features are already supported. To sync your signatures, templates, and mail account credentials across all devices, here’s what you need to do: Set up your accounts, signatures, and templates on one device. Go to Canary Mail > Settings > Cross Device Sync and toggle "Sync across devices" ON. A QR code will be generated—keep this ready. On your other devices, install Canary Mail (or uninstall and reinstall), and during the initial setup, choose "Restore" and scan the QR code from your first device. That’s it—your data should sync automatically.

If your Microsoft email works in other apps but not in Canary, it’s likely due to a provider-specific connection issue—possibly related to authentication or recent security changes. We’d be happy to look into it. For Zoho, make sure you're using an app-specific password with IMAP enabled. If it worked initially and then stopped, the connection may need to be refreshed. @CanaryMailApp me compré canary hace unos días, que ahora tiene el servicio de mail contratado a Microsoft, ya no funcionan porque bla bla bla, en este no funciona, pero en otras apps sí instalé después las cuentas de zoho que hay que generar una contraseña y después de unas cuantas vueltas funcionó, unos días eso sí, el spam lo recibo de puta madre para recibir el puto correo de gmail ya tengo gmail Vaya puta mierda

Thanks for pointing this out. We've identified that the issue with emojis looking off in the email body occurs specifically in Dark Mode. Our developers have already been notified. While there’s no confirmed ETA yet, it’s on their radar and will be addressed in a future update. We really appreciate your feedback—it helps us improve the app experience.
