It’s my birthday! This is 48!

I avoided hosting people because I felt my condo wasn’t on “par” with a lot of peoples homes. What I’ve learned is they don’t care and it’s about just enjoying people’s company.

@Brad_In_YYC We are doing demo ourselves and we hired a contractor to frame it and I have some twenty somethings to lay down deck boards. I'm too old to do it all myself.

@Candace_YYC We've got a contractor coming in to reslope it and redeck it. I don't have time to do it. But at least that's a good portion of the job done.

Took the railings off the deck. Got all the furniture and everything to the ground. Tore down the rotted deck today (left the bones up). Took my brother on his first ever ride today. Just finished his course last weekend. Today was a productive day. Gotta bartend tonight. 😓😓
