“GOOD RIDDANCE! After 15 years of Dumocrats promising that “Climate Change” is going to destroy the Planet, the United Nations TOP Climate Committee just admitted that its own projections (RCP8.5) were WRONG! WRONG! WRONG!” - President DONALD J. TRUMP 🇺🇸

The IPCC and others got it wrong on 8.5, and they knew it, many years ago. They allowed 8.5 to mislead the entire enterprise of science and politics, and to seriously misinform the public. Now Sky News is trying to limit the embarrassment. Sky news have never done an investigative piece on bullshit merchants' exploitation of 8.5, yet 8.5 is the manifestly unfounded basis of much of the UK Met Office's climate propaganda, and also the Bank of England's. Thus much of UK policy is based on 8.5 scenarios. That is to say that the IPCC is more wrong and more misleading on climate change than Donald Trump. Why is Sky News taking sides and defending institutional science's wilful politicisation of fake science? Why isn't it reporting on the mistakes, showing how these bogus alarmist stories were created and then spread throughout intergovernmental agencies and governments, and were covered by a dangerously uncritical news media, which led to bad politics and bad policy? Oh, I think I just answered my own question. Sorry, @SkyNews -- Trump called this one correctly, and your wriggling in defence of deeply conflicted research organisations isn't going to help matters. You should have just allowed them to take the L. But now you're drawing attention to it, you're making it much worse.
Sky News@SkyNews

In a post on Truth Social the U.S. president said climate scientists cancelled their own doomsday scenario - and that their projections were 'WRONG! WRONG! WRONG!' Sky's @SeabrookClimate investigates whether there's any truth in Donald Trump's claims. trib.al/TvYDmXi

Nabilah Phillips gave up her engineering PhD at Cambridge to become the second wife of Hasan Phillips who later took a third wife as well. The family are part of what’s estimated to be around 20,000 polygamous marriages now existing in Britain under unofficial religious arrangements, despite bigamy being illegal under UK law. Nabilah says she freely chose the lifestyle and specifically wanted to become a “co-wife” after her first marriage failed. Meanwhile Hasan divides his time equally between separate households across London, describing life with three wives as “like spinning plates”. Also it has been revealed that husbands living with multiple wives were able to claim thousands of pounds a year in extra welfare payments, far more than those available to a couple, this is bloody madness and unsustainable and a slap in the face to every hardworking British taxpayer. But many ordinary people are quite rightly now asking: How is it right that one man can have multiple wives in Britain and still potentially claim benefits funded by taxpayers in a country where polygamy itself is illegal?

One of the reasons that asylum claims by small boat migrants will have to be reviewed and void is because under our lax asylum system, 44% are granted protection at initial decision, meaning they are granted refugee or humanitarian protection. 29.8% are refused, but many will appeal and win. Even the refused ones who have exhausted all legal appeals are rarely deported. 13.3% have withdrawn, in practice what this means is they don't show up to their asylum interviews, the Home Office loses track of them, so they are assumed to have withdrawn their asylum claim, even though they remain in the country. The remainder are either still awaiting on a decision or some other outcome.

The boring heat pump is obliterating gas demand in Europe: heat pumps will cut 30 bcm of natural gas demand out of European buildings and light industry, each year, by 2030, a permanent structural erasure of gas demand >30 bcm is about 20% of the entire annual output of the US LNG export infrastructure >It's also 19% of Qatar’s entire annual global LNG exports, pre Hormuz >And 80% of the total capacity of Russia's Power of Siberia 1, which ships 38.8 bcm/year to China In Germany for example, heat pumps have outsold gas boilers for the 1st time in modern history. In the US, they've beaten gas boilers for 4 consecutive years Every single heat pump is a non-reversible eviction notice for a fossil gas pipe

@Ameer_Kotecha And where heritage shop fronts are supposed to be preserved, councils do nothing if an immigrant biz rips out to replace with aluminium 'n' plastic frontage.

@Ameer_Kotecha Because councils approved endless out of town shopping malls that killed the High Street. Now they turn a blind eye to these money and visa laundering operations.

UK electricity bills are heading sharply higher — despite all the “clean energy superpower” promises. My new article reveals how subsidies & grid costs will explode to £40bn+ by 2030/31. Tory and Reform policies will not be enough to reverse the trend. A thread 🧵(1/11)

Unbelievable. Simply unbelievable verdict yesterday. What is happening in Belgium? On April 2, 2024 during the Easter Holidays a 14 year old girl went to the fairground with her 16 year old boyfriend in West Flanders, Belgium. Afterwards, he invited her to go to the woods with him where he raped her. Little did she know that he had invited his friends and that not only did they watch but after the rape, he “loaned her out” to his friends and they took turns in raping her too. She screamed and was “in obvious pain” according to one of the boys but they did not stop. In total 9 boys aged between. 11 years old and 16 years old put her through a terrifying ordeal. The boys were not named but were reporting as being “of North African or Somali descent”, with the boyfriend being from Somalia. The rape was filmed and disseminated on Snapchat, tormenting the girl yet further. The juveniles were tried and the verdict was delivered yesterday, 29 May 2026. The 9 boys were found guilty of “repeated gang rape with aggravating circumstances and violating the victim’s sexual integrity”. Their punishment? Hardly anything. No custodial sentence was imposed - as Belgium instead prefers to focus on re-education and “guidance”. There is the possibility of a payment to the girl but this has not been disclosed.

@rosemxmi Another story on this skilled worker theme. Major defence contract in Fife. 300 good unionised jobs for at least 20 years. That's 300 men able to start and support a family. Who did those jobs go to, thanks to the Skilled Worker visa? scottishconstructionnow.com/articles/lack-…

Hull and East Yorkshire mayor Luke Campbell’s region is a hub for the green industry, but his party Reform UK opposes Net Zero. “If we continue going down the Net Zero route, we’re going to bankrupt our economy”, Campbell told Channel 4 News' Andrew Misra. Scientists argue that while Net Zero investment is costly upfront, it is likely to save money in the long term. Experts also say there is no viable alternative that delivers the same scale of impact, while Reform points instead to increased North Sea oil and gas extraction as part of its energy strategy.

How long after Henry Nowak was murdered did the police check his phone for racist comments? What was the purpose of doing this? Was it to somehow mitigate the police’s appalling reactions throughout hoping to deflect criticism onto the victim that he might have been racist and therefore what, deserved it? Even if he had said something racist, did that exonerate the man for stabbing him? What have we become as a society? 🤦🤦

No apology at all for how much worse their NI tax rises, minimum wage and the devastation of the leisure industry through policy have made things. The sooner these clowns are out of office the better.
