A new racing game is turning cars into anime girls in a new Umamusume-like In Project GT, players can race, battle, and collect "Car-Girls" based on real vehicle models

This is going to be seen as a hot take but I'm on my hands and knees begging vtubers not to name their group V-something! 🙏 There's so many V-something groups now, it's hard to distinguish between them and who belongs to what. And if a vtuber working in the industry is having trouble, that means it's even more difficult for sponsors and cons looking for guests to tell you apart and what makes you worth their time! It's okay if you're just a hobby group, but if you want to do anything more ambitious I'm pleading with you to take your time on your branding. Your group has something special, a theme, what inspired you to get together? Is there a group goal? What do you want to represent? Here, I'll explain some examples: ◆ Densetsu.EXE - Legends who rose from the ashes, representing the old-school nostalgia of Akiba and idol culture ◆ florAtelier - A bouquet of beautiful and well-tended flowers, singing in harmony together ◆ Beastiez - Monster girls, best friends forever ◆ VIRTULANTES - Unexpected heroes, here to save the day with our virtual antics You do not need to go with V-word in order to be memorable, nor to signal you're a vtuber group. Make your group name fun, show off your unique qualities. People will remember you're vtubers without needing to tell them! If you're desperate, ask me for help. Just please don't go with V-something! 💖

Vanillaware's founder George Kamitani said that he wants to port his studio's games to PC, but it depends on the publisher to finance the ports. BitSummit's James Mielke, who talked with Kamitani, said if you want 13 Sentinels, Dragon’s Crown, Unicorn Overlord, Odin Sphere etc. on PC, make some noise. bsky.app/profile/milkma…
