I don't think they would. It would suggest weakness on the side of the Fatui, and that's not an image they would allow for. Plus, Diluc never hurt any civilians, who are typically the source of these types of urban myths. I could see wanted posters though, and maybe some classified documents that mention what a terror our crimson-haired avenger was six years ago during his rampage 😁 So, I think there will definitely be some acknowledgement of Diluc's actions somewhere. Just not that overt.
