Looking very likely Cardiff Council failed to conduct legal due diligence before giving go ahead to Council Leader’s pet project, Blackweir Live, that could be in breach of planning law/regs Instead trees felled, habitats uprooted and normal use of Bute Park disrupted ..1/2

2-tier regs? Council knew months ago Live Nation needed more than the 28 days of permitted temporary change of use for Blackweir Live in Bute Park yet only now they say they looking at whether it needed specific permission for this change to run for the best of the summer …1/2
