@CarrotLearning #AllOurHealth everyone is at risk of poor Mh but at some points in life the risks zoom up & for some people they are more at risk than others at all times, so we all need ⬆️awareness, ⬆️understanding of how to open up that conversation, ⬆️ signposting skills all help
