UPDATE: The KwaZulu-Natal driver whose video was trending last night after he was seen dancing while driving has handed himself over to the RTI offices in Pinetown. According to the KZN Department of Transport, the RTI questioned the driver based on the assessment of the matter and thereafter determined what type of action to take moving forward. The Department added that it welcomes the fact that the driver does'nt drink alcohol and he is remorseful. He also regretted his action and was prepared to reshape his life for the better. "For the record, the driver was on the public road as per the National Road Traffic Act 93 of 96. This road is commonly used by the public," it added.
