Tried to recreate a @dominicjack dish from @CastleTerraceEd. Curry sauce was awesome, too much rice though but how do chefs get so much flavour Into scallops 🤷‍♂️ Obviously my version is a bit more rustic, everything made from fresh as always even the sauce 👍
