@Realhead47 @CatfishMys @Ohnimus210 Polish is apart of the quality of the game. It doesn't matter if fun is subjective in this context, simply because you don't find it fun doesn't give you the right to call bad and mediocre based off of a subjective opinion and then defend it as an objective fact.

Funniest thing is that neither complex is justified. Sonic fans had two 9/10 games back to back but still act like we’re in 2010s. Mario fans had genuine unfinished, overpriced stinker games yet act like Mario Odyssey came out last week. An actual clown show on both sides

@F1LMBLUEBLUR @Jamz6310 @CARLOSMRL174 @Kaballin12 just by adapting during the fight. Mario doesn’t utilize Sonic’s quills for power, so he wouldn’t be neutralized so easily. Not to mention, mario can fight back against Bowser and Donkey Kong in base. Now, taking power-ups into regards, the fight becomes even closer

Dare I say a model like this has the exact opposite issues with the modern model. The modern model looks stiff and ugly and has almost none of the same appeal of the 2D artwork. This exaggerates the 2D artwork to the point it ends up looking goofy and awkward.
