@duolingo I recently downloaded the latest version of the app. The learning experience is ruined. I haven’t been taught half the things I’m being tested on. I have a 750 day streak and I’m now stuck on a particular test because I haven’t been taught the material. Very unhappy.

@CathGothard Hi Cath. Sorry to hear of your concerns regarding a return letter you've received. Did the letter advise what wasn't returned?

@virginmedia I’ve closed my Mother’s Virgin account. I was asked to return only the small tv box and router over the phone, which I did. Today I received an email stating I didn’t return everything I was suppose to.

Dear @virginmedia - My mum is a critical landline user. Her landline is being switched to fibre. I arranged for a virgin engineer to come to her house yesterday to install the hardware for the switch with an emergency landline in case of a power cut. The engineer didn't come.

@virginmedia If you could re-send the email that would be great. 👍

@CathGothard I wonder if there was an issue with delivery. if you would like me to resend the email please let me know and I can do that for you. However I'm pleased to hear the engineer has called. I will get back in touch in a few hours to see how everything went. ^BG

@virginmedia Hi, I didn’t get the email, it’s not in my inbox. However I have just had a call from the engineer who said they will be with me in 15 minutes. So it does look like someone is coming.
