Who the heck wants the Pope, the leader of 1.4 billion Catholics worldwide and the Vicar of Christ, to be America-first, let alone put any other country first except the Vatican? He's literally the Pope! The Pope! Not an American political figure.
Only 4% of the world's Catholic population is American, and only 20% of Americans are Catholic. There's absolutely no reason for the Pope to take "America's side" (Israel's side in reality) when not even many American Catholics support this unjust war.
Also, how is a pro-life, anti–gender ideology Pope considered liberal? Is it because he's against a few billionaires hoarding all the money in the world for themselves?
