It's why I tell my friends and family to take a break when they need it. Once burnout sets in, any break taken is no longer voluntary. Don't allow yourselves to get to such a point. A friend, and colleague of mine, used to refuse to work on weekends. Be like him.

Burnout is being so tired that simple data analysis is an insurmountable hurdle. It's having to revisit the data to be sure that I analysed the correct stuff. It's forgetting what the different codes stand for. I've only got my write-up left. But I'm so exhausted. #PhDLife
