Votre propre responsabilité est documentée: Voici les faits : Dans les Hauts Plateaux du Sud-Kivu, la communauté Banyamulenge fait face à des persécutions systématiques, aggravées par des discours de haine de la part des représentants du gouvernement et des segments des médias. Plus de 450 villages ont été brûlés, plus de 500 000 bovins ont été pillés et vendus sur les marchés publics, et plus de 80 % de la population a été forcée à l'exil. Ceux qui restent vivent sous une menace constante - ciblés, arrêtés et détenus sans procès simplement en raison de leur identité tutsi. Des centaines de personnes sont emprisonnées à Kinshasa dans des conditions difficiles, souvent pendant des années sans procédure régulière. Pendant ce temps, la violence s'est intensifiée au-delà des civils pour inclure les soldats de Banyamulenge eux-mêmes. Des meurtres brutaux illustrent la gravité de cette crise : Le major Joseph Kaminzobe a été lynché et brûlé vif en 2021, le capitaine Patrick Gisore Kabongo a subi le même sort à Goma en 2023. Tous deux ont été assassinés en public dans des actes d'extrême cruauté motivés par la haine ethnique, impliquant prétendument les FARDC et leurs alliés. Depuis 2025, les FARDC et des groupes alliés auraient intensifié les attaques contre les zones de Banyamulenge à Minembwe et à travers les hauts plateaux, y compris des bombardements de drones, des déplacements massifs et de graves violations des droits de l'homme.
