Wish I wasn’t the perfectionist I am when it comes to Christmas. Absolute shambles this year and I literally can’t even cope with it 😭 never been so behind with my wrapping, cleaning… even my sodding decorations!! 😭

I can’t watch a woman give birth without still feeling it myself! Like literally, flinching, and feeling it myself! Birth is the most normal, yet traumatic, experience women can ever go through. #motherhood #birthtrauma

Haven’t felt right all day… finally get the kids to bed, have a nice steak with the husband and within 2 hours I’m vomiting it all back up 😭 feel absolutely horrendous 🤢

@AndriesPret I will be! I am partial for a protein shake but do use the excuse of ‘I don’t have time’ but our team are going to encourage one another! A blender is on the Christmas list to make a proper smoothie though! 😂
