@PathKaizen97441 @teresamorgan10 @Nigel42 @CheamBaptist We are grateful for the kind offer to use the Church however, we need to consider the wider effects of traffic building up in that area of Cheam. We are preparing a 4th bottled water station as soon as we are able. Thank you.

We have now opened a third bottled water station at West Croft Leisure Centre, Westcroft Road, Carshalton, SM5 2TG. Thank you for your ongoing patience while we continue to resolve this complex fault at our Cheam Water Treatment Works.

Unfortunately we have to cancel today's Daytime Carols due to the ongoing water issues in Cheam. Cheam Car Park is now a water bottle facility - so do make the most of that. And let us know if you are in need! We hope you might join us on Sun for Carols of Joy at 6:30pm instead!

We hope to go ahead with our Daytime Carol Service at 10:30am tomorrow. However, in the event the water supply hasn't returned we'll be unable to go ahead, as it affects our facilities such as toilets and heating. We'll make a final decision about this by 8am tomorrow morning.

@igniterich @SESWater @Ofwat @OfwatChiefExec Hi Richard, I share your frustration (SES have indeed not opened a bottle station in Sutton and Cheam yet) and have been pushing since last night for them to do so. I’ll keep fighting. They tell me that they are making progress but seems many still without water.

Unfortunately, our Cheam Treatment Works remains out of service. Work has been ongoing throughout the night and will continue until the issue is resolved. Overnight, we have been able to recover water supplies and have continued to utilise our network to manage storage in the area. Some customers may experience low pressure and no supplies throughout parts of today. Bottled water stations remain in place at the following locations: Bourne Hall in Ewell, KT17 1UG Upper High Street Car Park KT17 4DU
