Hi @CheckersSA does your 60 app not have a messaging option for driver communication? I just spent 5 minutes being shouted at by a driver for NOT answering his calls on my private WhatsApp. I’m not even opted in for that so WHY would you even give him access to my number???

Upset with @CheckersSA drivers. My order was scheduled for 4-5 knowing my business closes at six. It’s a shop inside a mall. They didn’t deliver (I was busy) Who would ignore an order they’re waiting for. Now Im credited the grocery amount minus delivery which I must pay again
