🚨 Arsenal have been working on a deal for Ayyoub Bouaddi for several months.
The Gunners have made it clear to the 18-year-old that he would play an important role in their project, with the midfielder understood to be open to the move.
Lille are demanding around €70M for Bouaddi, although Arsenal believe their strong relationship with club president Olivier Létang could help negotiations.

Vini and Raph struggled to either linkup with him or find him in proper positions, Thiago is an old school no9 who thrives on physical box battles, aerial threats and a point man and that's not how Brazil operates, i hope Big Carlo noticed all this flaws and rectifies it in the next match

The funny thing is that Brazil don't usually produce or play with out-and-out box strikers like Thiago. I can't remember the last World Cup they had one. Romario and Ronaldo are more like 9.5s than 9s. They can drop deep and play on the shoulder too. All-around footballers. Thiago is like Lukaku. That's not Brazil, man. I actually thought Carlo was going to start Cunha and use Thiago in the second half if they were chasing the game. Starting him was a big mistake. It handicapped Brazil in possession.

With Igor Thiago's performance last night against Morocco, Carlo Ancelotti must be regretting why he dropped João Pedro from the World Cup squad. João Pedro would never hide like that. No chance. Thiago played 60 minutes and completed just 5 passes. Strikers who get involved in the game are often underrated, but they basically give you extra passing options in games you aren't dominating, while strikers like Thiago and Lukaku will hide because if you don't have the ball, they can't find the ball to pass or score.

@RisingStarXI Big Carlo had a fit Joao Pedro but decided to take an injured Neymar and Thiago to the world cup to fulfill all righteousness. Sentiment aside,both shouldnt have gone to the world cup in the first place, i really hope this gamble doesn't backfire even before it's tested
