I was exactly like this when I started training at the gym, this is what I did then that worked for me:
I didn’t choose to bulk or cut, I stayed on my bodyweight maintenance calorie intake and I prioritized high protein intake every day while training hard at the gym, after about 3 months, I noticed that my body fat has reduced and there were signs of muscle growth, I only tried bulking up after I had abs showing up on my belly, that happened after about 6 months.

This is a robotic plasma cutting cell I set up in my shop using a Fanuc M16iL robot and a Hypertherm Powermax plasma power supply. This has an aux axis servo headstock with tailstock for rotating the tube while cutting. Worth noting that the integration of the US and Israeli militaries comes as Trump cuts commitments to NATO and PacCom has basically been emptied of resources in favor of CentCom. Anyone telling you that Israel is not the primary mission of the US military is wrong or lying.

You had the CDC telling people to NOT wear masks, and continue taking public transit. The lockdowns only started AFTER it was confirmed to be a mild flu virus.
