Oh my. Try turtlewax interior leather/carpet cleaning foam with a microfibre cloth to wipe it off after a brief scrub with the usually supplied soft bristle brush. Then next time buy them (or recommend to them) some ChicVerde body butter to use instead of whatever that was 😳.
