. For the last 8 hours, I have been completely unable to contact my family back in Bangladesh. University students of my country are being mercilessly killed and injured with guns and tear gases, all because of them protesting over the unjust quota that hinders their future. A country that is so easily willing to end the lives of their next generation is why so many end up leaving for greener pastures. I have never felt this uncertain and helpless. I can only pray that my loved ones are safe. They are trying to do everything possible to conceal the truth. I ask that you all help spread it, regardless. Thank you.
