Nurses quietly/sub-consciously make hundreds of minor adjustments/responses to patient care and care system around the patient bringing massive net benefit to safety/care/experience/flow.

The complexity of nursing is hidden (often by nurses). Nurses contribution to patient safety is evidenced in over 1,000 papers & yet there is still a demand for more research - how do we help nurse leaders articulate that we don’t need more papers ? @alisonleary1 @TheQNI
