25 maggio 2022 – Che notte magica! Sollevare un trofeo europeo con la maglia della AS Roma e ricevere da voi il riconoscimento di Man of the Match. La parola ‘orgoglio’ non basta a spiegare quello che ho provato. Il rumore e la passione trasmessa dai tifosi quella notte sono stati indescrivibili. Sono convinto che non ci sia al mondo un’altra tifoseria in grado di eguagliare quell’energia. E’ stato un privilegio assoluto vivere questo tipo di passione e incitamento settimana dopo settimana per le ultime 5 stagioni. Al nostro arrivo a Roma nel 2019, io e la mia famiglia siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e calore. Mi avete fatto immediatamente sentire a casa a Roma. Con la nascita di mio figlio, la città avrà per sempre un posto speciale nel mio cuore. Ma tutte le belle storie sono destinate a concludersi e anche per me è giunto il momento di congedarmi. Il mio amore e la mia ammirazione per la AS Roma resteranno per sempre.
