Yeah, semaglutide was a lot more but i needed less tbh. Wasnt eating enough at all. I train like 4/5 hours a day. Nausea was high so i went from 6 mg per week to split/micro dose 2mg mon/wed/friday. Can train a lot harder this way. Working on adding more clean carbs atm as this helps reta do what it does. But tbh I am a one meal a day guy before any appetite suppressant so Intake has been a tough balance for me.
