You’re going to need to step up the game on reward redemptions and fix issues users experience that are inherent to fees on Ethereum. Your choices are migrate to an L2 platform on ETH or another chain entirely. I’m rooting for the team to figure it out, just know that for adoption and success your product doesn’t really align well with Ethereums current state when it comes to txn fees. It erodes away at the user rewards for their data which ultimately defeats your core product. Another thought, go chain agnostic as a plugin that can be enabled in other wallets. Just walk away from the extension as wallet game and become a part of a broader feature set that developers can just drop code in and users can toggle Cirus on or off for data collection rewards. Users can redeem on their native chain the rewards and that will answer real quick where users not only want to transact but need to for cost efficiency. Good luck team!
