Associate Dean (Research and Postgraduate Education) of #CityUHK’s College of #Science, Professor Danfeng Li, has been selected as a 2025 #AYS Fellow of the Asian Young Scientist Fellowship. He is well known for discovering the first nickelate superconductor. Congratulations!

The HKSAR Government hosted a Plaque Presentation Ceremony on 25 Aug, during which the plaque was presented to the State Key Laboratory of Marine Environmental Health. This lab is led by Professor Kenneth Leung, Associate Dean (Outreach and Internationalisation) of our College.

To promote science, scholars from #CSCI’s Physics Department will participate in the “2025 Science in the Public Service” at Hong Kong Science Museum. Professor Sunny Wang will offer a talk on #quantum on 16 Aug and Professor Condon Lau will demonstrate generative #AI on 3 Sept.
