It’s Grains Week in Ms. Diab’s cooking class! Madie & Noah have prepared a quinoa salad with butternut squash, pomegranate & goat cheese! Classmates delivered the verdict: “delicious”! ⁦@StMatthewOCSB⁩

In Ms Diab’s Grade 10 Cooking class, Madie and Noah were at the muffin station! On the menu today, oatmeal, pumpkin, zucchini, chocolate chip muffins. A “mouthful” to name and then eat! Maple syrup was the alternative sweetener! Delicious and healthy too! ⁦@StMatthewOCSB⁩
